    RPM Richmond Metro is seeking a full-time individual who enjoys driving and taking photos. This individual would be reliable, self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. The position is multi-faceted and includes interfacing with customers/homeowners, driving, taking detailed pictures and data collection.
    The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and general knowledge of construction/maintenance. Candidate's role will be inspecting properties with an elevated level of attention to detail while interacting with homeowners/clients onsite. On the job training will be offered to the chosen candidate who displays the characteristics mentioned below.

    · Aptitude for learning new concepts, software, and systems.
    · Quick learner and ability to problem solve.

    · Provide active communication between clients and office staff.· Current legal driver's license.· Willing to travel for inspections throughout Greater Richmond Area.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    · Transportation to and from subject properties. Driving and taking photos.
    · Onsite data collection which includes interior/exterior photos.
    · Timely delivery of data.
