Job Summary
PSEG Long Island is looking for an Intern for the Real Estate – Facilities Department.This job involves working as an intern in the Real Estate Department to assist with providing real estate services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers.
This position will be hybrid in the Hicksville Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist with researching, investigating, and resolving property issues relative to Company operations including adequacy of existing rights and property rights restriction lists (as well as research, examine and interpret public records and plans). ,
- Assist with preparing documentation of real estate transactions of all degrees of complexity Sale of land, Grant of Easements, Release of Easements, Licenses Leases Assent Agreements ,
- Assist with providing real estate support in the siting facilities future planning analysis/valuation advice and property records/rights. ,
