The Multi-Unit Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple McDonald's restaurants. This position is responsible for achieving operational excellence through strong execution of Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC), people development, and business performance. Seeking an Area Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop staff and enhance multiple restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of each restaurant.
The role requires the ability to successfully lead a diverse portfolio of restaurants, including both low-volume and high-volume locations, and adjust operational strategies to meet the specific needs of each. The potential Supervisor should consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with guests as well as the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew.
Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week. The Area Supervisor will work with the General Managers and their restaurant teams to achieve operational results. This is a full-time position. You will be expected to travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support your management teams. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of our organization. Bilingual or multilingual is a positive.
Required Qualifications
Experience supervising six (6) or more restaurant locations
McDonald's OTP Certification a plus
Demonstrated success managing both low-volume and high-volume restaurants
Strong knowledge of McDonald's operational systems and standards
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations

Operational Excellence
Ensure consistent execution of McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety
Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements
Business Results
Achieve targets for sales growth, Guest Count, labor, food cost, and profitability
Analyze performance trends and implement improvement plans
Support execution of marketing initiatives and product launches
People Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop General Managers and management teams
Build leadership bench strength and succession plans
Promote a culture of accountability and engagement
Guest Experience
Champion a customer-focused environment delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
Address guest concerns and drive improvements in satisfaction metrics
