Pay: $17- $19 Depending On Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM- 2:30PM Or 7:30AM- 4PM

Position Summary:

For this Manufacturing Assembly position we are looking for someone to become trained to assemble fabricated and machined electrical components.

Job Duties:

•Must be able to learn how to consistently assemble components

•Utilize wiring and soldering skills

•Ability to learn how to tap, drill and measure various sheet metal panels for panel wiring

•Be able to efficiently read blue prints or have the ability to learn

•Must be able to productively, efficiently and safely solder and wire units

•Ability to learn how to set up electronic cabinet shelving and panels in preparation for final cabinet wiring

•Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and company standards

•Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills

•Attend and participate in safety committee meetings as assigned

•Exceptional attendance, reliability and integrity

•Performs any task required to support customer requirements and company goals

Requirements:

•Soldering experience is required

•Employee displays a good attitude on a daily basis

•Ability to work well in a team environment establishing quality working relationships and positive communication

•Ability to communicate questions and concerns as they arise

•Adhere to company productivity and quality standards

Physical Requirements:

•Frequent standing, walking, and sitting

•Frequent lifting on occasion 30lb- 50lb

•Must have good visual acuity and ability to discern colors
