Job Description

This is a crucial administrative support role that involves overseeing service contracts related to bus stop maintenance, infrastructure, informational signs, and external contractor services within Palm Tran's Support Services Division.
The individual in this position will handle administrative tasks, monitor vendors' work, ensure contract compliance, and maintain service quality.
Reporting to Palm Tran's Facilities Manager, the employee will exercise independent judgment, with performance evaluations based on written reports, meetings, and visual inspections.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification required; Valid Class "E" driver's license.
Three (3) years of experience in administrative assistance for building maintenance, small construction projects, or service contract monitoring.
Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Microsoft Edge, and OneNote.
