The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents on assigned floors and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to work harmoniously with all staff members.
