    Description

    Hatchery Sanitation

    Shift start times:

    Monday and Tuesday: 12pm

    Friday and Saturday: 10am

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up the Embrex machine
    • Load racks into the unloader and ensure they are feed though correctly
    • Perform Quality Control on the Embrex machine after every 12 racks
    • Load sanitizer in the machine after every 24 racks
    • Run a clean cycle on the Embrex Machine
    • Then clean the Embrex Machine
