    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a Luggage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of passengers and their luggage.



    About the Job:


    • Assist passengers with their luggage and boarding processes
    • Handle checked baggage, packages, and company materials in stations and on/off trains
    • Lift items weighing up to 50lbs as needed
    • Push or pull baggage carts and operate equipment such as tow tractors, pallet jacks, and forklifts
    • E nsure timely passenger train boarding processes


    • Skills & Qualifications:< / h3 >< p > The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills , physical stamina , ability to work under pressure , basic math skills for verifying tickets/travel documents . Ability t o lift/push heavy loads is essential . A strong focus on customer service is required .
