Objective:
Etain is seeking a passionate, driven and hardworking individual to fill a position as Dispensary Sales Associate for its White Plains location, which will entail delivery, reception and dispensing duties.
This position requires individuals who have a high level of attention to detail, enjoy working with customers, and can provide quality customer service in a co-located medical and adult recreation atmosphere both in-store and during deliveries.
The dispensary sales associate must maintain compliance with the Office of Cannabis Management regulations under the Compassionate Care Act.The dispensary sales associates will also be expected to work with a 'patient first' and 'customer first' mentality and assist the pharmacist with dispensary operations.
Dispensary sales associates are responsible for dispensing medical cannabis products and assisting with patient counseling under the direct supervision of the pharmacist on staff.
In this role, you may be requested to deliver Etain products via a company car.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive work environment and a high level of customer serviceMaintaining a safe, clean and organized work environmentConducting oneself with integrity and in a professional mannerOrganizing customer records, schedules, and appointmentsGreet and direct incoming patientsMaintain patient confidentialityAccurately enter data into customer records systemAffix patient safety labels with full compliance with state and company policyProvide compassionate care to patients, caregivers, and family members regarding the use of medical marijuana productsAlert pharmacist on staff to product and supply shortagesAttend and actively participate in meetings designed to facilitate dispensary functions or to resolve workplace challengesMaintain compliance with the regulations set forth by the Department of Health and Etain Management.
Participate in seminars and conferences related to work dutiesMaintain a high level of communication while working with other employees, counseling patients, and managementOrganizational skills related to managing customers, tracking inventory, and anticipating dispensary needsDrive to seek out additional education both in the field of medical marijuana and workplace protocolsMaintenance of a highly professional and discrete demeanor that assures patients of the company's respect for their privacy and medical needsDocument and communicate actions, irregularities, and needs to managementAnswer phone calls in a professional mannerMaking approximately 100 courtesy calls a monthCapable of working days, evenings and weekendsFollow instructions/procedures without deviationOther tasks as assigned by managementDelivery of medicationsData entry and technical dutiesDriving a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver medications to customersNavigating the surrounding areas in a company-provided delivery vehicleMaintaining a tight schedule and ensuring proper logistics for on-time deliveryConducting oneself with integrity when handling controlled medicationsQualifications:High School DiplomaExperience in customer service and receptionist capacities a plusMust be computer literate and capable of accurate data entryMust be 21 years of age or olderMust hold valid authorization to work in the U.S.
