- Direct daily department operations including guest service standards and initiatives product quality inventory management cost controls systems use and management budgeting forecasting adherence to federal state local standards meeting participation facilitation
- Monitor develop team member performance include providing supervision professional development conducting counseling evaluations delivering recognition reward
