    Job Overview:


    The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing discovery, and appearing before state and federal courts.

    Duties:
    Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for litigation proceedings.
    Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments.
    Managing traditional and electronic discovery processes, including document review and production.
    Appearing before state and federal courts for hearings, motions, and trials.
    Providing legal counsel and support to clients on litigation matters, including trade secret, non-compete, and employment law issues.
    Collaborating with other attorneys and stakeholders within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.

    Requirements:
    2-5 years of litigation experience in a mid to large law firm.
    Admission to the New Jersey Bar and in good standing.
    Experience drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery.
    Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and rules.
    Federal or State Appellate clerkship experience is desirable.

    Education & Certifications:
    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
