    Ultimate Staffing is searching for a Contracts Specialist for our client located in Northwest Houston. This position reports directly to the President and General Manager of the USA division. Leading in the Oil & Gas equipment supplier industry, our client is growing and adding to their team.
    You will work closely with the regional team and be responsible for revieing allocated contract documents. You will prepare contract qualifications in accordance with agreed business norms.


    Additional Responsibilities:


    Expedite close out of contract exceptionsEscalate deviations and ensure formalized agreements reflect what was approvedPrepare summary budgets, quotes and purchasing documentsReview, prepare and record contract qualificationsReview, qualify and accept call-off and purchase ordersCoordinate regional meetings to resolve/escalate issuesCoordinate risk reviewsNotify the apprpriate departments of accepted contracts and review contract obligationsManage the contract databaseReview supplier qualificationsParticipate in tendering activitiesPromote complianceEnsure contract activity meets audit requirementsRequirements:3+ years experience in contractual agreement and cost analysis review, negotiation, drafting, reporting, management, and administrationDemonstrate muti-state nkowledge and experience of contract law principles and contract administrationBachelor's degree in Business, Legal or related fieldSelf motivated, team playerExcellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skillsDetail orientedAbility to maintain standards and understand contractual riskIf this sounds like you, please apply todayAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
