We represent clients nationally which requires a team approach to achieve maximum tax savings.

    Job Description:

    We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team as a Property Tax Intern. This position will work closely with other team members and clients to provide support during the property tax cycle. We are seeking a self-motivated, driven individual capable of completing high-quality tasks. This position requires basic computer experience and the willingness to learn new software. Attention to detail and organization is essential. Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Perform basic office duties such as answering phone calls, emails, faxing, and scanning.
    • Assist with document preparation including tax documents on required deadlines.
    • Generate notices in mass.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Process important documents in property tax software.
    • Prepare documents for postmark deadlines.
    • Maintain client digital files.
    • Effectively communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals.
    • Conduct property tax account research and data entry.
    • Analysis and manipulation of data in Excel.
    Desired Skills:
    • Skilled in MS Office
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent analytical as well as verbal and written communication skills
    • Database experience and willingness to learn new software.
    • Ability to accept direction and additional responsibilities from managers and/or staff supervisors.
    • Capable of working independently or with a team
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
