    Your Contribution:

  • Lead the AI strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and integrate AI capabilities.
  • Review and validate existing business processes to identify potential AI opportunities.
  • Ensuring the scalability and security of AI architectures.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of AI-focused developers and ensure timely delivery of action items.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies relevant to healthcare IT as well as Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Drive the integration of AI into our existing healthcare software platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in AI implementations.

    • Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
  • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
