Job summary
This is a long-term role for a Philippines-based Recruiter whose sole focus is staffing Operations & Client Delivery roles.You will either hire (1) person to fulfill the role which requires external client facing activities and internal operations. This role requires: Strong execution ownership Workflow and delivery discipline Comfort managing creatives, VAs, and specialists High accountability and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening Source candidates via Upwork Philippines-based recruiting channels Filter for Operations / delivery experience Execution mindset Communication quality Cultural alignment No mass submissions. No keyword stuffing.
- Structured Interviewing & Evaluation Conduct first-round interviews Ask situational, ops-focused questions Evaluate Ownership mindset Process thinking Communication clarity Judgment under pressure Score candidates objectively against role criteria Make a clear hire / no-hire recommendation Your job is to make the decision obvious.
