Job summary
The Fund Finance Group provides financing to private equity funds and other asset managers through structured credit facilities. A Vice President on the Fund Finance Group will cover a portfolio of existing and prospective clients (fund sponsors) and will be part of lean deal teams that include senior and junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Create pitches/term sheets;
- Prepare borrowing base calculations in Excel;
- Lead due diligence meetings;
