    Job DescriptionJob Summary:

    The Business Analyst is an innovative strategy leader with a strong understanding of procurement and finance functional areas in a manufacturing environment; with the ability to apply that knowledge to implement solutions to accommodate business requirements in a manufacturing environment.

    We are looking for a motivated team member with excellent leadership and the ability to build strong relationships.

    A qualified candidate can effectively translate organizational needs into strategic opportunities, while understanding the effect on a growing global organization.

    Responsibilities will include deep assessments into business challenges, evaluating new technologies, and defining functional standards.

    This individual will manage the planning and implementation of projects ensuring policies and procedures are consistent with company goals, best practices, software compliance, and regulatory requirements.


    Responsibilities:
    Understanding of purchasing and finance business system processesIndustry best practice awareness of technology concepts and architecture patternsWork with vendors and service providers as a liaison for the technical team to select the services and products that meet company requirementsEstablish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organizationDetermine project schedules and effectively manage the allocation of resources to achieve project objectivesAbility to translate technical language into non-technical understandingWork closely with our user community and IT professionals to build consensus and standards that are scalable, adaptable, and flexible to meet the needs of a changing business landscapeComply with audit requirements and execute change management best practicesDrive to keep current with evolving technology and apply it to future strategic objectivesAbility to deliver solutions with industry leading security and efficiencies that aligns with the Enterprise AgendaRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business, IT technical, or a related field3+ years relevant sales and distribution system experience10+ years of experience working in a large, multi-regional, corporate environmentExperience with ERP systems, with preference for the Microsoft D365 platformExperience implementing cloud solutions is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong customer support orientationProven record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrityExhibits strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of drive and urgencyExceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
