- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Support safe mobility transfers ambulation including escorting to appointments walks etc
- Provide medication reminders Prepare meals and support nutritional needs Assist with physical therapy exercise reminders Perform light housekeeping laundry Complete grocery shopping accompany clients on errands as needed Engage clients in dementia-friendly activities meaningful conversation cognitive support Report changes condition safety concerns unusual incidents promptly Provide compassionate companionship emotional support
