Per-Diem opportunity for LVN Home HealthExpectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home.

Follow up visits with patients with home health needs.

Training and benefits availableOther duties may include:
Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing.
Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor.


Qualifications:

Must have an active year clinical experienceActive LVN license in CaActive drivers license with a clean DMVApply Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
