    Social Media Manager (Experienced Level Professional)Michelin is hiring THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a creative social media manager to drive social media strategy and cultivate authentic engagement and influencer connections to achieve business goals.

    As a pivotal member of the B2B Digital Marketing COE, you'll uphold our brand image cohesively across platforms.

    This position is based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.

    WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop and Execute Social Media Strategy Collaborate with Brand Managers to select channels relevant to B2B target customers.

    Maintain selected channels for cohesive messaging.
    Implement social selling strategies to boost lead generation and sales conversion.
    Coordinate and lead social media handle consolidation efforts with our agency partners.
    Produce and Curate Social Content Develop a content strategy based on brand guidelines and Brand Manager goals.
    Collaborate with content marketing manager and agency for content execution.
    Manage Social Calendar & Social Go-To
    • Market Collaborate with Brand Managers to draft the social media portion of go to market plans for new product and service launches.
    Deliver content across platforms using scheduling tools. (Emplify is the Current Vendor)Lead creative ideation, development, and execution of organic social campaigns for target customers.

    Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing (B2B and B2C) and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives.

    Ensure compliance with global governance, legal, and brand guidelines.
    Lead day-to-day relationships with agencies, channel partners, and influencers.
    SSM Measurement & Social Listening Analyze results, run content testing, and ensure content strategy meets objectives.

    Use social listening technology to analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and capture valuable insights, ensuring our content strategy remains agile and aligned with market demands.

    Share analysis insights and provide strategic recommendations.
    Provide strategic points of view and recommendations on trends and changes in social media.

    Build brand loyalty and drive social engagement by applying new insights to continually optimize our social media strategy and fostering relationships.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRINGProven experience (3-5 yrs) as a Social Media Manager or similar role with track record of successfully leading social media platforms and driving engagement.

    In depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen ability to bring creative ideas to the table and stay on top of top trends.

    Excellent writer, proficient in proper grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
    Ability to work effectively both independently, with an agency, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and professional skills.
    Have a background in B2B social media management.
    Collaboration experience with agencies.
    Experience with social selling techniques.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
