Job SummaryWe're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team We are a large multi housing property located in Sacramento. You don't have to be a master of all trades, but knowing a little about a lot, or having a certain trade that you excel in, is what we are looking for. Duties might consist of installing a GFI, snaking a plumbing line, patching a roof, or even just digging a trench. Your day would be dictated by the types of work orders we receive. Construction knowledge is also helpful as we have many projects to do. You would be working with a team of 6 other maintenance and construction personnel. We supply the tools and a golf cart to complete your work. If you're someone that wants to work, enjoys variety in your workday, and is looking for a stable position, then please send your resume.
Job Skills Preferred experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of tools and devices. Always safety conscious Has the ability to follow up on all tasks to ensure proper completion Perform service requests and repairs as directed. Be available for occasional on call rotation of maintenance emergencies. Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
