    Description

    Sales Development Representative

    Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling activities. Develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact for Cirrus SMB leads within a 2 hour SLA. Perform outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify MQLs into SQLs setting meetings for Account Executives.

    Align performance to assigned KPI goals individually and team-wise. Maintain good data in CRM, help develop sales strategies to increase MQL to SQL conversion rate. Create customer relationships to identify potential needs, qualify their interests/viability driving sales conversations

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • - Maintain effective communication with customers via phone/email/social media
    • - Present product information once identifying customer needs.
    • Additional duties may be assigned based on business requirements
