    Project Description:

    The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seeks support for FSMS Cloud Migration to sustain the Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) program serving the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG), known as the TRIO.

    Role Description:
    The Oracle Federal Financial Functional will assist in areas like Order to Cash (O2C), Budget to Report (B2R), and Procure to Pay (P2P). Tasks include collaborating with business process leads to analyze requirements with DHS Component Agencies, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle RICEW. Conduct Oracle demonstrations, facilitate Fit/Gap analysis, and prepare design documents. Lead meetings with customers and manage analysis through design stages. Knowledge in Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order Management Modules is required. Candidates must excel in Oracle O2C and Federal Financial Accounting. Proficiency in Oracle B2R, Project Accounting Setups, and Oracle Projects modules is expected.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Duties involve:
    • Analyze requirements with DHS Component Agencies,
    • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis,
    • Prepare design documents describing the design and interface requirements,
    • Lead customer meetings,
    • Display good communication skills,
    • Perform Oracle demonstrations independently,
    • Configure Oracle Projects modules,
    • Demonstrate expertise in AR and PA modules with Federal Financial Accounting knowledge,
    • Strong in Oracle Federal Financials GL, AR, AP, PO, Fed Admin, and Project Module of Oracle EBS Release 12,
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in the life cycle of Oracle Application projects,
    • Preferred knowledge of DHS TRIO (DNDO, TSA, and USCG) Project,
    • Onsite work is mandatory,
    • Ability to multitask and collaborate with various teams,
    • Experience with Sunflower.
