This position is responsible for providing service to customers and acting as a lead worker; will provide leadership and model behavior that is expected of others; will mentor and coach staff including new employees to build capacity and work within the Business Process Model (BPM); will review or delegate expedited resolution of unusual or unique cases; will serve as a resource to EES staff who are meeting with clients; will demonstrate clear, concise, effective, and efficient communication with internal and external customers to assist in facilitating a successful and harmonious working environment; will demonstrate support, respect, and will value diversity; will directly supervise five EES support staff in the Topeka Service Center.
Additional duties include assisting with the training of new staff, completing PMP's on staff they supervise, and assisting in the hiring of EES support staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - General
Five years of experience interviewing, investigating, compiling information, documenting decisions, interpreting guidelines and/or providing technical assistance relevant to the agency's programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year college degree; Work experience with caseload management within a Human Service Agency; Work experience in determining eligibility for Human Service programs; Experience working within the Business Process Management System and KEES.
