Salary Range:$38-45/hour DOE
About Us
Key Responsibilities:• Teach the course curriculum as outlined • Apply knowledge of fundamentals of nursing process, standards of care, decision making and judgement in educational activities involving patient care within nurse aide training program.
* Provide stimulating environment that encourages student participation, interpersonal skills development and concepts of good patient care • Set student expectations communicate clearly with students Make learning engaging for students including facilitating class discussions skills instruction Build knowledge through interactive learning develop clinical skills aimed at supporting students obtain nursing assistant certification Ensure students are keeping up with curriculum mastering assignments Evaluate document students progress testing observation assessment skills attained Maintain accurate records on all students attendance schedules course requirements hours content exam pass rates Build rapport communicate effectively with staff affiliated course prospective employers
