Responsibilities
- Nursing experience in acute care Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience in acute care Six months of this experience should be within the last year
- Certification/Registration: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- Other Skills--Working Conditions Mental and Physical Requirements Stand walk most of the time on duty Meet unit specific physical demands Significant amount of bending stooping lifting turning patients with assistance May be required work differing schedules shifts days week work frequency according patient care requirements High risk exposure blood body fluids Physical demands are attached plus push pull grip up pounds pinch pounds kneel crouch crawl minimally
