    Co-Response Clinician

Are you looking for a new opportunity?

Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive behavioral health clinic) is seeking Clinicians who are passionate about providing quality care to help people triumph over mental illness and addiction. Recovery Resources has partnered with the City of Shaker Heights Police & Fire Department (SHPD&FD) to provide a new community-based mental health response program and has several positions open.

As a Co-Response Clinician, you'll be embedded with SHPD&FD to facilitate real-time access in the moment for Shaker Heights residents who may benefit from mental health screening, assessment, and rapid access to support services.

You'll work with SHPD&FD to quickly respond to calls, live or remote (telehealth). You will follow up with residents for wellness checks and assess if basic needs are met, and residents are linked to needed services. As a Co-Response Clinician, you'll develop a guide/directory of services and agencies available in which to refer residents. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team to review each day's mental/behavioral health calls/incidents and develop communication processes within the team.

Recovery Resources benefits include competitive salary along with
