Propel Schools is seeking an Assistant Varsity Track Coach for the 2024 Spring season at three locations:Propel Braddock Hills High School, Andrew Street High School, and Montour High SchoolSuccessful candidates will have:Prior track coaching experience on the varsity, junior varsity, and/or middle school levelPreferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certificationMust possess effective coaching technique and skillsMust possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sportResponsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the head coach and athletic directorHigh level of personal organization and planningStrong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & familiesWillingness to participate in ongoing professional developmentA commitment to the Promising Principles of PropelRequirements:Requirements:Up-to-date TB TestAct 34 Criminal ClearanceAct 114 FBI ClearanceAct 151 Child Abuse ClearanceMandated Reporter Training Stipend is $2,000 for the season
