    Job Description:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to lead our team of Salesforce administrators and developers.

    As the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing our CRM and Marketing strategies to life leveraging Sales Cloud and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, driving user adoption, and ensuring that our Salesforce platform aligns with our business objectives.

    This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership and collaboration skills to drive our Sales and Marketing-related technical initiatives and ensure we derive maximum value from our Salesforce investments.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements resulting in a multiyear roadmap to improve efficiency and user experience.

    Continuously monitor and analyze Salesforce usage, identifying opportunities for optimization.
    Recommend and implement best practices to enhance system performance and efficiency.
    Oversee the creation of meaningful custom applications, reports, and dashboards.
    Lead team of administrators and developers to create and maintain custom Apex code and Visualforce pages.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with Salesforce customer success team, development consultants, and other partners and vendors.
    Provide ongoing user support, addressing questions and issues in a timely manner.

    Collaborate with Enterprise Data Strategy team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring accurate and appropriate use of Salesforce data.

    Assist in data analysis to drive business decisions and strategy.

    Administer and configure the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organization, including user security and data model maintenance.

    Ensure data integrity and quality through data validation and data cleansing efforts.
    Stay current with Salesforce updates and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

    Education and Experience:
    Relentless sense of urgency, strong intellectual horsepower, a thorough and insightful problem-solver with a can-do attitude and demonstrated results.
    Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and limitations, specifically focused on Sales Cloud and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
    Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
    Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Salesforce certifications are a plus.
    Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
