    Required Experience (HARDSTOPS)
    Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
    Level II Trauma experience – REQUIRED
    Must be very comfortable in a Level II trauma OR

    Well-rounded OR background across multiple specialties, including:
    Ortho (Level 1–2, total joints)
    Neuro (Level 2, cranis)
    General / Trauma
    Vascular / Endovascular / Hybrid
    GYN / Uro
    Robotics

    DaVinci Robotics experience – REQUIRED

    DaVinci Xi
    DaVinci 5 (DV5)

    Epic experience:
    Minimum 1 year – REQUIRED
    License Requirement
    Oregon RN License

    Pending license accepted (proof of application required at submission)

    Required / Preferred Certifications
    BLS – REQUIRED
    ACLS – Strongly Preferred
    PALS – Strongly Preferred
    Charting / Systems
    EPIC – REQUIRED
