    **About the Role:**

    The purpose of the Project Management Proposals Specialist is to support the development of client solutions across sector-based accounts with the Enterprise Project Management Go-to-Market team. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and actioning activities across Enterprise Project Management. The ideal candidate will be outsourcing pursuits including the client pipeline, proposals, presentations, deal underwriting, and other client-facing meetings and materials.

    **What Youll Do:**

    + Write technical content, and work with project management leadership and SMEs to design solutions.

    + Provide technical support to business development and operations staff in customer-facing marketing and business development efforts.

    + Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to analyze complex information and write compelling technical content to help the teams success.

    + Author RFIs and RFPs marketing materials, and briefings that showcase the project management offering to clients

    + Support business development and proposal development by translating customer needs into competitive technical solutions, writing compelling proposals, and providing technical project management methodologies to the business development teams and programs.

    + Discover customers needs and offer solutions to them through the companys services or products.

    + Develop processes and reports to audit data.

    + Implement process implementations as suggested by the team to ensure ongoing improvement in sales support functions.

    + Ensure business plans, reports, and strategies are completed on time.

    + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

    + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of their own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

    + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

    + Work within broad guidelines and policies.

    **What Youll Need:**

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior sales experience is preferred.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Strong understanding of each Project Management service offering, platform, and value proposition.

    + Experience with project and construction delivery methodology with an emphasis on risk management.

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical subject matter into language understandable to non-technical readers.

    + Must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
