    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to drive the online presence and brand engagement of Retro Fitness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and a strategic mindset to effectively manage organic and paid social media, email campaigns, reputation management, and website maintenance. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the brand's digital marketing infrastructure to engage prospects through the sales funnel to convert them into paid membership "joins." This in an on-site position based at the Retro Fitness Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL

    Key Responsibilities:

    1Organic Social Media Management:
    • Oversee management of all franchise Google Business accounts.
    • Conceptualize, develop, and post engaging content across corporate social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
    • Oversee the management of social media platforms and reputation management tools (Soci)
    • Provide guidance and support to franchisees for local content management direction.
    • Organize, manage, and upload videos to the brand's YouTube channel as needed to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    2. Paid Social/Digital Media Campaign Management:
    • Manage paid social media, Google and digital media campaigns for over 60 franchise accounts to optimize reach and engagement.
    • Create Monthly Reporting for results tracking of all paid media campaigns.
    3Email Campaign Management:
    • Schedule and deploy drip email campaigns according to scheduled cadences.
    • Execute one-off e-blasts for franchisees to promote specific initiatives or events.
    4Social Reputation Management:
    • Oversee social reputation management and results reporting for the Retro Fitness franchise system to maintain a positive brand image.
    • Regularly review and respond to negative reviews as needed.
    5Website Management:
    • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of and sites.
    • Ensure timely addition of new club opening pages, and posts to blog pages and newsroom to keep content fresh and relevant.
    6Collaboration, Training & Reporting:
    • Assist local franchisees in development of local digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, mobile app, local website updates, and online advertising.
    • Provide training and support to on-site teams to enhance their understanding of digital marketing strategies and local promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    7. Marketing Support: Perform other general marketing responsibilities, as needed, to support the overall marketing department.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
    • 2-3 years experience in experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate innovative marketing strategies.
