Join the Northwest Tech faculty team as a Respiratory Care Instructor/Director of Clinical Education and pass your skills onto the next generation of students entering the workforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree*, current RRT credential and current state license or NBRC verification letter; minimum four years' experience as an RRT with at least two years in clinical respiratory care; minimum two years' experience either as an appointed faculty member in a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program or as a clinical instructor/preceptor for students of such programs; completed CoARC Key Personnel Training Program** If candidate does not yet have these credentials, arrangements may be made to complete these upon hire.
The desired candidate must be able to teach first-year students, including classes such as: Cardiopulmonary A&P; Patient Assessment & Planning; Respiratory Care Sciences; Respiratory Care I; Respiratory Care Pharmacology; Cardiopulmonary Pathology & Treatment; Clinical Practice I.
