Job summary

The field inspector travels to work in an assigned territory under the guidance and direction of the field supervisor based on your territory you may have a few nights away from home per week once training is complete performing wood and biomass product audits maintaining proper documentation by recording results through test reports following specific procedures soliciting new business training production staff adhering to company policies

Qualifications

Forest products experience desired lumber grading preferred heavy grading experience preferred excellent verbal written communication skills excellent interpersonal customer service skills time management with proven ability to meet deadlines attention to detail analytical problem-solving ability to function well in high-paced stressful environment proficient with iPad Microsoft Office 365 expect on-the-job territory training up to 10 months may spend multiple nights per month away from home depending on territory

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
