    Interviewing nowLocation: Dallas, TX - onsite with WFH Friday'sOur healthcare client needs a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to join their team for a full-time, direct hire role.

    In this exciting opportunity the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of a digital-first, customer relationship marketing strategy across multiple platforms including email and marketing automation systems, SMS/notifications, CDP, and CRM.


    Responsibilities:
    The CRM & Marketing Automation Manager's key responsibilities will include:
    • Design and implement unique, customized digital experiences using CDP and CRM resources
    • Design, launch, and track online campaigns tailored to markets and personas
    • Develop service line campaigns and marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, and e
    • newsletters; query segmentation; QAing and putting into production in our CRM/ MA ecosystem and integrated platforms such as deploying forms on owned websites
    • Ensure seamless, multi
    • channel user experience and tracking between marketing assets and web properties
    • Execute, track and report on campaign performance while consistently optimizing conversion rates and ROI
    • Supervise CRM/MA department overall processes and daily workflow, including managing project workload and monitoring deadlines
    • Partner with cross
    • functional teams to devise deliverables and ensure accurate delivery of newsletter and nurture campaignsSkills/Qualifications:The ideal CRM & Marketing Automation Manager has:
    • BA Degree and 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
    • Expertise in acquisition and retention marketing, marketing campaign execution, segmentation and building nurture campaigns
    • Demonstrated competency with MS Dynamics 365 required, Salesforce a plus
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a large, diffused, highly matrixed environment
    • Knowledge of health care rules/regulations pertaining to advertising/marketing is a plus#J
