    Company Overview: We are a prominent financial services company specializing in equity research and investment management. Committed to providing insightful analysis and innovative solutions to our clients, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Entry Level Equity Research Analyst to join our Restructuring and Liability Management division.

    Position Overview: Join us as an Entry Level Equity Research Analyst in the Restructuring and Liability Management department. Collaborate with senior analysts to evaluate distressed companies for financial restructuring opportunities. Your role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, modeling, and research to uncover potential investment prospects and risks within the restructuring and liability management sector. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in equity research and the chance to contribute to investment strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of distressed companies, covering cash flow projections, balance sheet analysis, and valuation metrics.
    • Create and maintain financial models to assess restructuring scenarios and evaluate potential outcomes for equity and debt holders.
    • Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting distressed companies and liability management strategies.
    • Work with senior analysts to formulate investment recommendations and deliver insights to investment committees and clients.
    • Stay updated on news, events, and catalysts influencing companies under coverage, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
    • Sound understanding of corporate finance principles and financial statement analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
    • Enthusiastic team player with a keen interest in financial markets and investment research.
