Director of Facilities, Housekeeping, and Transportation - Palo Alto

Job Summary
The Director of Facilities Housekeeping and Transportation is responsible for planning organizing and directing the daily operations of maintenance renovations landscaping housekeeping laundry and transportation. The successful candidate will approach this role from multiple perspectives hospitality safety efficiency and compliance.This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following essential duties and responsibilities Leadership Develop a culture of excellence in customer service in your departments support of residents and staff.
Communicate coordinate with engage residents in a friendly manner while ensuring resident requests are responded to in a manner that is consistent with the organizations policies practices.
