IT Specialist for the Wyoming region.
Job Description
Primary Location:
Casper, Wyoming
IT Applications Specialist Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to applications and provides technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties.
+ Perform 24/7 on call support for DSD Application.
+ Develop and implement new technologies.
+ Assist/perform
+ On-Site training for new warehouse acquisition transition and roll out.
+ In depth knowledge, training, and auditing of all software programs directly or indirectly tied to VIP.
Train End-Users in the following areas:
Sales Operations
Delivery Operations
+ Driver Protocol
Office Operations
+ Dispatch
+ Cashier
+ Retailer Maintenance
+ Accounts Receivable
+ iDIG Training and Support
Warehouse
+ WEBTL
+ Easy Pick
+ Easy Ops
+ ASN Protocol
+ Inventory Management
Maintain and implement DSD Application Security.
+ Support all VIP upgrades and version rollouts.
+ User management- creating new users and access ? ZCNTRL Management ? PICKCTRL Management
+ EMPMAINT Management Manage all necessary equipment as well as create internal and external protocol documentation.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time
