The Adobe Experience Platform applications architect will work with our internal business units to architect, design and oversee AEP solution deployments.

Extensive interaction with our client and corporate infrastructure, business analysts and project and production teams is required to ensure that we meet our goal:
superior client service and on-time delivery.

This position works in concert with other members of the Adobe group as well as a wide variety of other groups responsible for creating new client solutions, streamlining and optimizing existing solutions and troubleshooting activities when necessary.

A candidate with knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/ / Customer Data Platform software is desired.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork with development, deployment, and production areas of the business to craft new solutions using AEP and other components of the Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing CloudInterface directly with internal teams, to address and manage client requests and communicate status in person, via phone and/or emailRespond to internal requests for assistance for deployed Customer Data Platform solutions within our production organization.

Be able to understand, customize and optimize the entire Customer Data Platform process, to include new requirements, development / test, production execution, and quality controlCapable of completing customer profile activities individually during initial stage of development prior to the full deployment of the solution to production.

Document the solution and train our clients staff and other staff to perform the AEP execution roleKey Skills and Experience10+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor Degree in a relevant area; or without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience in Customer Data Platform solutions (13+ years in total)

Completed Adobe Developer and Architect Training (badge) in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)Minimum of one end-to-end implementation of AEPTechnical Knowledge of other Customer Data Platform solutions such as Salesforce CDP, Bloomreach, or Informatica Customer 360Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect Certified Professional, Expert, or Master level desired, or able to achieve Certification within the next six monthsTechnical experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud such as Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Campaign and AEMDetail-oriented and organized - able to balance changing workloadExcellent verbal communication and comprehension skillsExperience in the following a big plus:
