This role is responsible for building scalable systems,
optimizing cost and efficiency,
and ensuring that products move accurately,safely,and on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversight daily operations across all warehouse facilities including receiving put-away picking packing shipping returns.
- Establish enforce operational standards KPIs performance metrics ensure compliance safety regulations OSHA standards company policies drive continuous improvement initiatives own accuracy integrity optimization inventory multiple locations implement refine inventory control processes cycle counts reconciliation procedures forecast demand maintain optimal stock levels reduce shrink obsolescence carrying costs proactive analysis process improvements manage inbound outbound logistics carrier relationships freight optimization routing strategies develop scalable distribution strategies support growth new product lines new market expansion monitor transportation performance cost service levels adjusting strategies as needed use data analytics identify trends improve forecasting enhance operational visibility champion automation digital transformation initiatives increase efficiency accuracy build mentor develop warehouse inventory teams managers supervisors collaborate closely Sales Customer Service Manufacturing Procurement Finance align operational priorities communicate performance risks opportunities senior leadership clarity insight
