    Job Description

    Position:
    Registered Nurse (RN)

    About the Company:
    Foxdale Village is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As an RN at Foxdale Village, you will play a crucial role in developing, reviewing, and updating individualized care plans for residents, providing effective leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop, review, update, and deliver individualized interdisciplinary care plans for residents.
    • Provide effective leadership in assigning work, directing services, and ensuring safety.
    • Demonstrate clinical competence in nursing procedures and emergency responses.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and assess care to adhere to regulations and standards.
    • Accurately document using PointClickCare electronic health records system.
    • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

    Compensation and Benefits:
    The position offers competitive pay rates and a range of benefits, including health, dental & vision insurance plans, short-term, long-term, and life insurance plans, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement programs, and tuition reimbursement.

    Requirements:
    • Graduate of an approved National League of Nursing (NLN) school.
    • Licensed to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
    • Possess a valid CPR card.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of professional RN experience preferred.
    • Experience in gerontological nursing desired.
