Remote Inpatient Coding Auditor - Compliance Edits

Position Overview: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Remote Inpatient Coding Auditor with a focus on Compliance Edits at our new, state-of-the-art hospital. Our hospital boasts a prime location, a long-term, experienced, and cohesive staff, and motivated, progressive physicians. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our Health Information Management (HIM) and Coding Departments. This role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our inpatient coding processes.

Essential Qualifications:

Required Experience & Certifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of inpatient coding experience with RHIT/RHIA OR 5 years of inpatient coding experience with CCS.
- Proven experience as an inpatient coding educator, auditor, and manager.
Must be proficient in the use of 3M Computer Assisted Coding (CAC) software.
Candidates must reside within one of the 15 approved states and be in the EST/CST time zones.

Additional Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $54,641.60 – $80,600, based on experience and qualifications.
