    Under the direction of senior events staff provides support for University Academic, Athletic, and internal and external Facility Rental events in designated areas of responsibility, which may include customer support, AV/IT support, videoconferencing, sound system, meeting support and production.

    This person will be required to work nights and weekends as dictated by the events schedule on a regular basis.

    Minimum Required Qualifications
    Required Qualifications
    Two years of post-secondary education
    One year of experience supporting IT and AV technologies in a professional or University setting
    Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Apple MacOS operating systems, softwareapplication administration and hardware
    Experience with direct customer support
    Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

    Experience with space management software
    Experience with technology research and development and procurement
    Experience with managing vendor interactions
    Experience and understanding of managing and operating audio/video equipment
    Understanding of software related for athletics events such as scoring software platforms (such as Stat Crew, Genius Sports, Colorado Timing, Hy-Tek Meet Manager, Gymnastics Scorekeeper)
    Experience with athletics video and analysis platforms (such as Playsight,

    XOS , Hudl, Sportscode, Right View Pro,

    BATS , Volleymetrics)
