    Join Our Team as a Part-Time Recovery Assistant at the Gaiser Center in Butler, PA!


    The Gaiser Center, established in 1971, is a trusted provider of top-notch substance use treatment services. Our dedicated team is known for helping individuals overcome addiction and lead fulfilling lives.


    Daily Position Responsibilities:

    • Review and discuss shift change reports
    • Update client log books with observations
    • Complete assigned daily tasks
    • Transport clients in company vehicles
    • Monitor clients on-site and off-site
    • Process new clients and conduct drug tests
    • Administer and log client medication
    • Perform room checks and assist with cleaning
    • Monitor client performance and assist with group activities
    • Keep facilities clean and organized
    • Assist with meal preparation and facility maintenance

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for our mission and values
    • Ability to maintain professional boundaries
    • Prior residential aide experience is a plus
    • Strong multitasking and energetic nature
    • Reliable, ethical, and responsible
    • Capability to handle crisis situations effectively

    Profile/Other Competencies:

    • Clear background check and drug testing
    • Valid PA driver's license
    • High School Diploma or GED

    Job Type:

    Part-time

    Salary:

    $16.00 per hour

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Experience:

    1 year of behavioral health experience preferred

    License/Certification:

    Valid Driver's License required
