Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Guest Experience is responsible for supporting daily operations of the Guest Experience department. They ensure all Elite VIP guests receive personalized service throughout their stay.Responsibilities
- Monitor workflow ensure task follow-through uphold departmental brand service standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly coordinate service recovery efforts when required.
