    Dayton, Ohio Dayton is a city with 250,000 population but the surrounding service area includes approximately 1,000,000 in population.

    Facility:

    This is a large health system serving southwest Ohio communities by improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of health care.

    Their members include more than 65 member locations throughout southwest Ohio, including five hospitals.

    Opportunity:
    Employed Outpatient openings seeking BE/BC Family Medicine and Internal Medicine candidates. The physician will be joining a team of primary care providers with midlevel support. In office laboratory services. Schedule is Monday – Friday with NO Weekends. Specialists available for physician to referral patients to. Patient census of 20-25 daily. EMR is EPIC.

    Compensation:
    Starting base salary of $200,000 and negotiable base on experience. Quality and work RVUs bonuses in place. Loan repayment of $100,000 offered. $30,000 in sign-on bonus. Relocation available and stipends for Residents. Full benefits with PTO, CME and more to be discussed.
