Job summary
The Virtual Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational functions of OCD Anxiety Centers.
- Manage workflow, time cards, time off requests training development performance disciplinary actions front office staff Behavioral Health Technicians as needed.
- Assist BHT supervisor with onboarding new hiring coordination training BHTs manage scheduling ensure all staff maintain weekly FTE average .75 higher until BHT supervisor hired then support BHT supervisor.
