    We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Enterprise Risk Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of enterprise risk management (ERM) to ensure the company's strategic objectives are met. You will be tasked with identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the company's financial and operational performance. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of financial risk, strategic planning, and business continuity planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk mitigation, financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework and strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage these risks effectively.
    • Ensure business continuity by creating and implementing robust contingency plans.
    • Oversee financial reporting and perform data analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
    • Drive process improvements and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their risk landscape and provide strategic risk management guidance.
    • Lead and manage risk management projects and change management initiatives.
    • Develop and implement corporate governance protocols and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Monitor and assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
    • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the risk management team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, financial risk, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
    • Experience in internal audit, business analysis, project management, and change management.
    • Strong understanding of operational risk, business strategy, corporate governance, and performance management.
    • Proficiency in policy analysis, business process improvement, compliance management, and business planning.
    • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, leadership, management consulting, program management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly and concisely.
    • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or similar certification is preferred.
