- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, financial risk, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, risk assessment, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Experience in internal audit, business analysis, project management, and change management.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, business strategy, corporate governance, and performance management.
- Proficiency in policy analysis, business process improvement, compliance management, and business planning.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, leadership, management consulting, program management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly and concisely.
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or similar certification is preferred.
