Job summary
This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with HCBS and other state and federal regulations through on-site field visits, provider audits, and compliance assessments.Responsibilities
- Conducts on-site field visits and audits at provider locations to evaluate compliance with HCBS Final Rule requirements, state and federal regulations, and person-centered service principles.
- Reviews individual records, program documentation, and service plans to determine compliance with HCBS expectations, identifying any inconsistencies or areas of concern.
