Job Summary:
The Director of Placement – Personal Lines reports to the Vice President of Placement and will significantly contribute to the overall health and success of the Division by leading a high performing placement team that delivers exceptional products and services for Acrisure's clients in deep partnership with Growth and Operations.This role serves as the standard-bearer of Acrisure's performance culture and client-focused values.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution: Partners with the Vice President of Placement to implement and execute a comprehensive placement strategy with North American Specialty/International and our strategic specialty carrier partners aligned with our business objectives.
